India owns the platforms. It does not own the connective tissue between them.

Small units still run on voice-only comms, with no shared situational picture and no connectivity where the network does not reach. Israeli UAVs, Russian air defence, French fighters, and several radio families operate side by side, with no native coordination layer above them. Operation Sindoor in May 2025 exposed the gap under heavy jamming and spoofing, and the Army has since committed publicly to SDR, frequency agility, and adaptive C2.

KTAF, the Krath Tactical Adaptive Fabric, turns any radio, drone, or sensor into one AI-coordinated, jam-resilient mesh.

It does not replace radios. It makes whatever you already field behave as one intelligent network, with a shared ATAK picture that survives contested RF and needs no tower, SIM, or signal. The defensibility sits in the coordination intelligence and the RF-awareness data, both Indian, both compounding with every deployment.

Fielded today

• Encrypted six-node LoRa mesh. AES-256 throughout, on the WPC-licensed 865 to 867 MHz ISM band.
• ATAK integration, end to end. Cursor-on-Target, shared position reporting, and tactical markers over the mesh.
• Drone-borne airborne relay. One node at 100 m AGL replaces three to five ground relays.
• Field-validated range. Roughly 10 km clear line-of-sight, 2.5 km obstructed urban, multi-day battery.
